Peachtree POCUS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services or materials at its discretion, including for nonpayment or misuse.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S.A.
   
• Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Dekalb County, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
   
• Users waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
   

Peachtree POCUS is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or technology outages.

Peachtree POCUS may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
