No. This course is designed for beginners and early users, with structured hands-on scanning and foundational teaching. If you are experienced, your instructor can tailor your experience to your needs. 

For logistical reasons, we cannot reserve spaces in the course prior to payment.

Comfortable attire and a thirst to learn. Participants are welcome to be casual. A sweater or light jacket is recommended to have available.

The AMA conference center has preferred rates at nearby hotels, all within walking distance.

Most of the course is dedicated to live scanning with instruction on real models. Each exam type is structured in the same way. First, a brief introduction to the exam, then scan the normal models. Once you understand normal, we then move onto a practical talk on cases and pathology.

Yes! Peachtree POCUS offers optional scan review and mentorship to help you continue developing your skills after Kickstart. Get expert feedback on image acquisition, interpretation, and documentation, with options for written review or live mentorship. These services are purchased separately from course tuition, with a discount for Kickstart participants.

Yes — the course provides up to a maximum of 13.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. A certificate will be provided by Peachtree POCUS and our CME joint provider, Scimple Education.

Peachtree POCUS does not publish a course brochure, as all course information is available on the website. 

Upon request, a letter detailing all course information, including dates, tuition, syllabus and CME accreditation can be provided. 

The tuition is for the full 2 days. If you would like to split up the days with another participant, please contact info@peachtreepocus.com

Refunds follow our published policy:

• On or before December 1: refund minus $500 deposit
   
• December 2, 2026-January 3, 2027: 50% refund
   
• After January 3, 2027 : no refund

Seats may be transferred to another attendee at any time.

No. Each course date is budgeted as its own course, so we can’t move registrations between dates. If you can’t attend, you can give your seat to another participant at no cost, even at the last minute, or request a refund under the policy above.
