Who is this course for?

Physicians, PAs and NPs and trainees in emergency medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, , urgent care, primary care, and more who want practical bedside ultrasound skills.

When are the course dates?

Thursday May 7 and Friday May 8, 2026.

Do I need prior point-of-care ultrasound experience?

No. This course is designed for beginners and early users, with structured hands-on scanning and foundational teaching.

What should I wear/bring?

Comfortable attire and a thirst to learn. Participants are welcome to be casual

How much hands-on time is included?

Most of the course is dedicated to live scanning with instruction on real models. Each exam type is structured in the same way. First, a brief introduction to the exam, then scan the normal models. Once you understand normal, we then move onto a 10-25 minute talk on cases and pathology.

Is CME included?

Yes — the course provides up to a maximum of 13.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. A certificate will be provided by Peachtree POCUS and our CME joint provider, Scimple Education.

Can I attend only one day?

Yes — a 1-day option is available. Seats are limited and you may select Day 1 or Day 2. If you are only available for 1 day and you've never taken a POCUS course before, choose Day 1. Choose Day 2 if you have some familiarity with POCUS, but not of the exams done on Day 2. Of course, choosing to take a refresher of the basics on Day 1 is also noble.

Can I register as a trainee?

Yes — trainee pricing is available.
Trainees may be asked to provide proof of current enrollment.

Trainee rates are $1150 for 2-day and $750 for a single day. Please contact us for trainee pricing.

Do you offer group rates?

Yes. Contact info@peachtreepocus.com for group registration.

Groups are $1295 each for 3 or more. For larger groups, please contact us for even better preferred pricing.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds follow our published policy:

On or before March 1: refund minus $500 deposit
March 2-January April 1: 50% refund
After April 1: no refund
Seats may be transferred to another attendee at any time.
