• Clinical Data (QA Services): If clients submit ultrasound scans for QA, Peachtree POCUS requires such data be de-identified unless a separate HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) is executed.

• Deliver services and process payments;
   
• Communicate about courses, consulting, and updates;
   
• Improve our offerings and website;
   
• Comply with contractual and regulatory obligations.
   

We do not sell or rent personal or clinical information.

• Peachtree POCUS does not accept PHI unless a separate BAA is signed.
   
• Under a BAA, PHI will be safeguarded per HIPAA requirements and used only for agreed-upon purposes.
   
• Without a BAA, clients must ensure all submissions are properly de-identified.
   

• Personal data is retained only as long as needed for services, legal, or contractual obligations.
   
• De-identified QA data may be retained for educational or quality improvement purposes.
   

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption and restricted access. However, no method is 100% secure. Users submit data at their own risk.

For users in the European Union:

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data.
   
• You may restrict processing or object to certain uses.

If a data breach involving personal information or PHI occurs, Peachtree POCUS will provide notification in compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and applicable state laws.

Our website and services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
